A ground-breaking series of three online hackathons joined by over
197 young people from Ukraine, Georgia and Germany to seek out,
develop and showcase community-led technology projects making a
meaningful impact on sustainability.
15 selected lighthouse projects and over 30 partners over three hackathons with 1 overall winner:
Solar Optic – a highly innnovative, device with no mechanical parts for beaming solar light directly into buildings
The programme was produced by Berlin studio N3XTCODER , in partnership with Reclaimd Systems as lead co-ordinator, NGO Energy Country in Ukraine and Georgia’s Association for Sustainable Development. The programme was funded by the Auswärtiges Amt.
